Pricing questions
What is the intro price?
Our first 50 customers pay the lower intro price shown for each product. After that, new customers pay the list price.
Is VAT added?
No. We are not VAT registered, so the price shown is the price you pay.
How do I pay?
By card when you order. Monthly services renew automatically each month and you can cancel from your panel. Nothing is set up until payment has cleared.
Is migration extra?
No. Moving your existing workload onto a managed server is included in the monthly price.
Why do some products say talk to us first?
Windows Server needs a licensing check and a Private AI server is sized to your use case, so we confirm a fixed price with you before you pay.
