WharfCloud looks after servers for UK businesses that would rather not: managed Linux and Windows servers in London, migrations off VMware and Windows Server 2016, backup and AWS reviews, and GPU compute billed by the second.

Who we work for
- Small and medium businesses with a website, an internal tool or a line-of-business application on a server that nobody has time to look after.
- Accountancy and professional practices that need client data hosted in the UK, patched on time and backed up properly, and answers they can give to insurers and clients.
- Small MSPs and IT providers who want a dependable pair of hands for Linux servers, migrations or AWS accounts, without hiring for it.
How we work
- Prices on the page. Every product with a fixed price shows it, in pounds, without VAT games. Products that genuinely need a conversation (Windows licensing, private AI) say so.
- Honest hours. Engineers answer tickets Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 18:00 UK time. Critical incidents get a person within 1 hour between 07:00 and 23:00 every day. Overnight and at weekends, automated monitoring and recovery run on their own. We never claim round the clock engineers.
- A person checks first orders. Nothing is set up before payment, and every first order is reviewed by a member of the team.
- You keep ownership. Your data, your domains and, for AWS work, your own AWS account. Leaving us should be easy, and we help if you do.
- Automation with limits. Automated tools only take actions that are on an approved list and can be undone. Anything else waits for an engineer.
- No invented numbers. You will not find made-up customer counts, testimonials or uptime figures on this site. We are new, and our first 50 customers get intro prices for helping us start.
